In but not finished..
The motor came out of a 93' Supra Limited R with 26-28K miles on it. The motor is in prefect running order, with perfect compression.

Although it seemed like things werent meant to be. I ordered the clip early May 05'. i was told that it would take 3 weeks to arrive at my doorstep.
Well a day before it cleared customs in Cali. our contact Mike Urbano was killed in a bike accident. Mike was a pioneer for mk3 and 1j swaps alike.
And because the clip was in his name, customs would not allow it to leave. well after a month or so the clip finally got shipped, but it was shipped to
Indiana(im in St Louis) and while switching carriers it was lost for a few days...and when it finally did make it to st louis (3 weeks after it left cali),
they brought it on a truck without a rear loader..3days in a row. But i finally did get the clip, and the wiring done, and it arrived at my house on August 12th.

It seems to go by fast reading it, but trust me years passed waiting.

There she is
Ive taken my car to a few car shows and have gotten
asked a few times about the header wrap,
and wheather it is functional or just for show.

Let me tell you that it is very functional. even after
hard boosting the exhaust piping is only warm to the
touch. I wrapped both the intake and exhaust piping
for the turbos. The exhaust wrap keeps the heat in and
the intake keeps it out.

This is of course there to compliment the airbox
that seals against the hood and keeps the 280*+
underhood temps away from the intake. if you put
your hand on either side of the box, there is nearly
a 200* differance in temps. This made for a nice boost in power.

All polished up

Just after we set it in the chassis

ECU wiring
Instead of extending the wiring so it reaches over the firewall and in through the stock location, which to me is just asking for trouble. We left the ecu wires stock, and only extended the dash plugs 18". I drilled a hole by the gas pedal and fed the wiring through the hole and on top of the heater/ac box. The ecu simply needs to flip around to plug into the stock harness.

Not only does this clean up the engine bay, but i never have to worry about any engine problems due to rewiring or extending wires.
Gauges and HKS boost controller

As she sits
Shes stock for now, but i have a few goodies that i havent installed yet that will really "open her up"

Its just a show car......right???
